Customer Self Service Portal “CSS”

Enabling our customers to receive, approve or reject submission for proposed designs and colocation activities.

To maximising the commercial benefit of digital twin technology created for our customers, SiteSee has worked closely with tower operators to operationalise the digital twin and integrate it into existing commercial and engineering workflows. The outcome is SiteSee’s Customer Self-Service (CSS) module. The CSS module enables our customers to receive, approve or reject submission for proposed designs and colocation activities.

Benefits

Purpose Built, Compliant CSS

To ensure the CSS module complies with local regulation, engineering standards and customer requirements, the EME prediction and structural engineering prediction functions are configurable based on the tower operators’ needs. The CSS module has been designed to leverage purpose-built AI and automation; however, the solution can be implemented flexibly to accommodate the preferences of our customers. For example, structural analysis can remain as a manual process should this be the preference our customer. The CSS module enables our customers to utilise accurate digital twin information to materially reduce the time and cost of colocation activities such as remote MSV’s and design.

Continual growth of product

We actively engage with our customers to share our global experience and to seek feedback from our users. Some of our ongoing initiatives include:

- Broader support for 3rd part application integration
- Inclusion of structural upgrade management
- Export of 2D CAD plan and elevation functionality
- Advanced asset management reporting functionality

Approvals

When an activity is approved in the CSS module and the change is implemented on the tower (e.g. colocation), SiteSee’s purpose build AI engine simplifies asset management by utilising updated drone capture data to compare site changes with the approved designs. This enables an efficient and accurate post implementation acceptance process.

Scheduling Efficiency

Updated drone capture data can also be utilised by SiteSee’s AI engine to improve the scheduling efficiency of preventive maintenance planning by automatically identifying potential maintenance items such as missing bolts and rust that need to be addressed during the next site visit.

Controlled Access

The CSS module enables tower operators to provide customers and contractors with controlled, equal access to accurate digital twins of a tower assets. Purpose built tools such as drag and drop from our BIM library, EME prediction and structural engineering prediction enables the user to assess the viability of multiple site designs in only a few minutes, a process that typically takes weeks. This functionality minimises the need for multiple design iterations and dramatically reduces the time required to develop an appropriate site design.
