Key Points
Platform Access
Users must register for the Platform and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Access is provided on a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable basis.
User Data
Users are solely responsible for User Data uploaded to the Platform. SiteSee will process and display User Data in accordance with the Agreement.
Intellectual Property
SiteSee retains all Intellectual Property Rights to the Platform and NexDT Data. Users grant SiteSee a license to use uploaded User Data.
Confidentiality
Both parties must keep confidential information disclosed to them confidential, with limited exceptions for legal requirements and performance obligations.
Limitation of Liability
SiteSee is not liable for any ordinary, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Platform or Agreement.
Termination
SiteSee reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform without notice. Users may cease using services at any time without notice.
